Fee Schedule
I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancé(e):
- $1,400.00 flat legal fee (preparation & submission) plus $455.00 USCIS filing fee An additional legal fee of $500.00 for preparation of the U.S. Embassy forms and documents required for the U.S. Embassy interview upon approval of the I-129F Petition. If there is a child(ren) accompanying the Beneficiary on a K-2 Visa, there is an additional legal fee of $300.00 per child.
- $350.00 visa issuance fee (per visa issued) at time of the U.S. Embassy interview.
- Approximately $100.00 to $165.00 per medical exam, depending upon the country and proof of mandatory immunizations.
Requirements:
- Petitioner must be a U.S. citizen;
- Petitioner & Beneficiary must be legally free to marry;
- Petitioner & Beneficiary must have physically met in person within two (2) years of filing the petition; and
- Petitioners must meet the U.S. Poverty Guidelines for support or have a Co-Sponser
I-130 Petition for Alien Relative:
- $2,000.00 flat legal fee (preparation & submission) plus $355.00 USCIS filing fee for each Petition
Adjustment of Status:
- $1,400.00 flat legal fee for preparation of the following Adjustment of Status USCIS forms:
I-131 Application for Travel Document (Advance Parole)
I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
I-765 Application for Employment Authorization
I-864 Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act

USCIS filing fees for Adjustment of Status forms:
I-131 USCIS filing fee - $305.00 (If you filed a form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, as of July 30, 2007, no fee is required to also file a request for advance parole on Form I-131. You may file the I-131 concurrently with your I-485, or you may submit the I-131 at a later date. If you file form I-131 separately, you must also submit a copy of your form I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence of the filing of an I-485 as of July 30, 2007.)
I-485 USCIS filing fee - $930.00 (plus biometrics fee of $80.00)
I-765 USCIS filing fee - $340.00 (There is no filing fee if the I-765 is filed on or after July 30, 2007 and either concurrently with, or after, the I-485 is filed. If filed subsequent to filing the I-485, a copy of the Notice of Action (Receipt Notice) for the filing of the I-485 must accompany the I-765 form.)
I-864 – no filing fee
G-325A – no filing fee
K-3/K-4 Visa Petition [Spouse/Step-Child]:
- $1,400.00 flat fee (preparation & submission) - no USCIS filing fee
Co-Sponsor I-134 Affidavit of Support:
- $150.00 legal fee for preparation
Waivers:
- $150.00 legal fee for preparation
I-751 Removal of Conditions:
- $900.00 flat legal fee (preparation & submission); For a conditional resident who obtained such status through marriage to Petition to the USCIS to remove the conditions on his/her residence. Such Petition must be filed within 90 days immediately before the second anniversary of the date accorded conditional resident status, which is the date the conditional residence expires.
- Filing Fee $465.00 plus an additional fee of $80.00 for an additional biometrics, all totaling $545.00.
Payment is due in full at the beginning of the representation. There are no refunds. Credit may be applied towards another application at the discretion of the firm should the client discontinue his/her current application.
Method of Payment. Bank Check, Cashier’s Check and Certified Check. No personal checks.
The above USCIS Filing Fees are effective as of June 4, 2010. All USCIS Filing Fees are subject to change.
The above flat fee schedule is subject to change by this firm if it appears that the client, through inaction, has abandoned the retained services.
